Local cultural diversity will at first be gulped up through the influx of global-hipsters, later commodified for the shiploads of compulsive travel-consumerists. Personal dwellings are transformed into look-alike daily-based-rent-out-spaces. Differences between tourists and ex-pats fade away and those who can not pay, for them there is trickle down money as servants for the new super mobile Hyperloop-Hipster-Class.
